Explore how plants support our wellbeing (food + medicine!) in our Wild Plants workshop as part of our Wild Emergence: Spring Workshop Series.
In this workshop we will:
explore how plants support our well being (food and medicine!);
experience abundance all around us on a plant walk;
learn about the cultural use(s) of native plant species;
harvest edible plants to make forest tea and a wild salad;
Beginner friendly. No previous experience necessary.
What to bring? Participants will need to bring their own lunch, water bottle and whatever else they need to be comfortable outside for the day e.g. appropriate clothing and shoes for the weather/terrain, camping chair etc.
