A Nature-Based Program for Queer Teens

Join Kip & Stevie for this fun, 3-day program for queer teens, full of outdoor activities, wildcrafting and art making. Participants will be welcomed into an inclusive space to learn together and to connect with their love for nature while building their skills in self-confidence.

Following the 3 day group program, Stevie (RCC), will facilitate an individual counselling session with each participants to offer further support for integrating the group experience.

This nature-based group is for queer youth between the ages of 14-17 who face mental health challenges and/or social isolation. *Teens ages 13 or 18 are welcome to apply to discuss the option with the facilitators.

I loved how I could just be myself and just come the way I was, and everyone accepted that. I loved the inclusivity in general, and I made lots of friends, which was awesome.
